🎙️ Volunteer Role: Radio Producer – Beastwang Radio
Location: Remote / Doppler Studio when live weekly (day and time to be confirmed)
Commitment: 3–5 hours per week

🔥 About the Show
BeastwanONAIR is a bass-fuelled, founder-led monthly show spotlighting the past, present, and future of bass music culture. Featuring personal stories, guest mixes, and behind-the-scenes insights, it’s an audio time capsule and a pulse check on the underground.
🎧 Your Role
As a Radio Producer, you’ll help shape the energy and flow of each episode. You’ll work closely with the founder/host to keep the show on track, coordinate guest involvement, and ensure everyone behind the scenes is well informed.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Episode Planning:
Help build out the running order and prep notes before each show
Suggest tracks, topics, and segments to keep the show fresh and relevant
Research guest DJs and local talent for mixes
Guest Coordination:
Help schedule and chase guest mixes
Gather artist bios, links, and voice notes if needed
Ensure guests have what they need to contribute
Show Organisation:
Keep track of deadlines and segment content in a shared calendar or doc
File tracks and assets into folders (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive)
Maintain an episode archive with tracklists and key moments
Creative Input:
Pitch segment ideas and social content tied to each show
Suggest fun features (e.g., themed shows, listener interactions, local spotlights)
